Dr. Anna graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors in Science in 2007. She attended Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2011. She moved back to the Tampa area and worked in a small animal general practice for 5 years, then worked as an ER vet for 2 years before opening her own clinic in 2018.
As a little kid, she always loved animals. She grew up with cats, dogs, trained mini horses for local horse shows, raised squirrels with a wildlife rehabilitator and spent a lot of time outside in nature, climbing trees and riding bikes. She always knew she wanted to be a veterinarian, and started working for a vet when she was 16 years old.

She’s married and lives with a golden retriever, 4 cats, and a small flock of backyard chickens (which are the most underrated pets – everyone should get chickens!) She still loves the outdoors and when she’s not working or at home watching Schitt’s Creek or Ted Lasso (the best TV shows ever made), she can be found camping, paddle-boarding or just hanging out with her family in their backyard around a bonfire.
Three fun facts about Dr. Anna: she has been a vegetarian for 30 years, she has only had 2 cars in her life — they are both manual/stick shift, and she loves Taylor Swift but is also a huge fan of Grateful Dead, Radiohead and Pink Floyd
