We have a set number of new client appointments per week, so we typically book out 2-4 weeks for new clients. We also require a deposit for the exam fee. If you have to cancel or reschedule the appointment the fee is refundable as long as you cancel more than 24 hrs prior to the appointment.
As a small business, our reason for limiting new clients is to remain available for our current clients. Sick pets are never planned, and we do our best to be able to see our patients when they need us the most!
