COVID-19 FAH Policy

We may not be able to accommodate new clients on an emergency basis, but you can schedule an appointment to get established with our hospital.

Thank you for following our COVID-19 policies. All of the decisions and precautions that we have are for the safety of our staff and clients.

At this time we are no longer requiring masks for clients or staff members. We do request that if you have had close exposure to a COVID positive patient or you yourself are feeling symptomatic that you request a curbside appointment. If you are unsure of any COVID exposure but are possibly experiencing symptoms and you do not want to stay curbside then please wear a mask to reduce exposure to our staff.
